Fee Structure

WE believe WORK ALWAYS PRECEDE! It precedes the fees and cost factor! We've designed our mode of payment around the same belief. Post the project completion, handling over the flats to the society members, selling of all sales inventory and repaying the bank loans, we initiate the fee process!

This process works in favor of the society members as the project is completed at the earliest and they get the reposssession of the their flats in the new building! The intent always lies in delivering the best quality project which offers superior results for both the society and the DMC.
